Onboarding

  The post-booking health-history flow: 16 sections gathering goals, medications, allergies, history, lifestyle, and more before the first visit. Switchable Clinical and Gamified design modes, a chart-data hub (labs, wearables, documents), and a clinician pre-visit brief preview. Synthetic data only.

Authorizations

  Consent and authorization signing: review the authorization, sign, generate the sealed document, then hand back to messages.
• Providers
  Provider platform agreement signing: review the agreement, attest to standing and responsibilities, sign, then return to the thread.

  Phone-first patient login: enter your number, get a 6-digit code by text, no password. Demo controls included.
• Secure document portal
